Beginning a Membership Drive

To create a Membership Drive, select Membership Drive from the choices presented when you mouse over the new event button.


This will take you to the first page of defining the Membership Drive, givng it a name and an optional description. Both the name and the description will appear on the event homepage.


The Drive can be closed manually, or after a particular date. Once it closes, it can no longer recieve new member registrations.


Setting up the Drive

The event starts with selecting a member type, and defining its price, subscription period, and optional description. The price and subscription period do not have to equal their normal values, but cannot be zero.


To add additional subscription options, click the Add Other Amount button. Additional subscriptions need their own prices, subscription period, and description.


Below the fee options are the payment options. Payments options include Credit Card, Check, or Payment at the Door of the Event.

Checking an event option will expose the note field and other related fields for that option.
