NCCBA Luncheon 3-3-2017

The North Carolina Chinese Business Association is pleased to invite you to James E. Montague’s discussion on the development of the North Carolina real estate industry. We welcome anyone with an interest in this topic, so please tell your friends and register for the March 3rd luncheon.

Mr. Montague will provide his international perspective on the development of the North Carolina real estate industry and detail his many years of experience and discuss his analysis of the its long term future development trends. In addition to being an expert real estate manager and planner, he is also a leader in international relations and trade. As a leader in these two different areas, Mr. Montague brings a unique perspective and conclusions.

About James Montague


Mr. Montague is president and chairman of F7 International, an international development company focusing on trade development, construction in the government-economic-educational sectors, and administration of intercity friendship programs. He has received many awards from government and has been honored in the media for his outstanding contributions to local economic development. He is dedicated to North Carolina Triangle Area development, and has greatly contributed in the community planning of southeast Raleigh. He has established many North Carolina metropolitan friendship relationships with cities in China, and advanced intercity trade and cooperation to help build a friendly Sino-US relationship.
