Leadership Series

Primary 2016 - Insights and Updates on the Upcoming Elections (at our luncheon on Fri. 3-4-2016)

The American election has lately become a very heated topic. So at our next NCCBA monthly luncheon, we will hear from Joe Stewart, Executive Director from NC FreeEnterprise Foundation, board member of the Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC), and a member of NC Chapter of the National Federation of Independent Businesses’ (NFIB) Leadership Council. Joe will provide a presentation on the basics of the election cycle – which races to watch, trends in issues, attitudes among voters, etc. The NC FreeEnterprise Foundation is a non-profit nonpartisan research organization and it is their mission to provide business leaders with information on candidate, campaigns, voter attitudes and other factors relative to North Carolina’s political landscape.

Through a mix of data analysis and conversations with a wide array of political operatives and pundits, Joe will provide reliable insights that will help you get a better handle on what’s likely to happen in the 2016 elections.  And, it’s offered with a thorough dose of humor borne out of a career as a practitioner of the political arts.  At the end of the presentation, we will have free open discussion led by experienced person for any question you might have for business and investment.
