Reception with UNC-Tsinghua EMBA Program

NCCBA will collaborate with UNC-Tsinghua EMBA Dual Degree Program to hold a reception on November 21, 2013 at the UNC Business School, from 6:30-8:00pm. The students from this program are executive level leaders in China from state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and government; the goal of this program is to provide a way to share best practices across a range of businesses, from transportation and manufacturing to the service and retail industries.

John Akin, a distinguished professor at the Economics Department will give a short presentation about health care/entrepreneurship with a focus on China.

This is the 2nd reception organized by NCCBA and the UNC-Tsinghua EMBA Dual Degree Program. The first one was held in this March, which turned out to be very successful.
The UNC-Tsinghua EMBA Dual Degree Program links top academic and business leaders for research and development projects that produce innovative technology tools and supply chain process improvements that promote business competitiveness and trade between the United States and China, creating a new Engineering + Business EMBA educational mode. The event will provide an opportunity for NCCBA members to meet and exchange ideas with students from this EMBA program.

This is a member only event. You need to be a regular or life member to participate.
