About Maggie Quan

Speaker Maggie Quan specializes in commercial real estate sales advisory services ($1M-20M) with knowledge and skills in due diligence underwriting, commercial loan consulting (bank/credit union/insurance/CMBS loans), land and new construction planning and government relations. Maggie works closely with local, national and international investors and business owners for their real estate acquisition, disposition and new construction needs.

  • Advisor with Most Closed Sales Transactions, 1st Quarter, 2017

Maggie has a B.S. from Peking University and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Prior to joining TradeMark Properties, she had led and managed a successful biotech startup General Biosystems for three years. She has applied her knowledge and entrepreneurial spirits to assisting sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants with unparalleled ethics and dedication to details.

Maggie’s professional affiliations include Committee Member of Durham County Women and Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR). Maggie is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Maggie was originally from China and has lived in the RTP area for over ten years. Maggie is passionate about Asian affairs and is volunteering in various Asian and Chinese organizations.
