You are cordially invited to join the NCCBA's New Year celebration event on Feb. 9, 2017.

The honored keynote speakers Margaret W. Wong and Francis Fungsang from Margaret W. Wong & Associates, LLC will give us an update on the EB-5 investor program and new regulations involving employment based immigration in the first session, and Ms. Wong will share her journey to America from Hong Kong at the humble age of 19, becoming one of the top immigration practitioners in the country. Ms. Wong is an entrepreneur, and philanthropist who has built one of the best national immigration law firms in the U.S.

Margaret W. Wong, born in Hong Kong, is managing attorney of Margaret W. Wong & Associates, LLC, has more than 38 years of experience in immigration and nationality law, and legal practice management in the U.S. She is listed one of the “Best Lawyers in America,” was named Honor Professor of People University of China, the top law school in China. She was named Trailblazer by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Current Co-Chair Immigration Committee, NAPABA, and Adjunct Professor, Case Western Reserve Law School, she was named to the Society of Benchers in 2015 at CWRU Law School.

Francis Fungsang is a partner at Margaret W. Wong & Associates. He is the head of the firm’s Corporate and Employment Practice. He is experienced with temporary work visas, physician-related immigration, waivers, labor certification and employer sponsorship, National Interest Waivers, Extraordinary Ability petitions, and EB5 Immigrant Investor petitions. In 2014, he was named in Crain’s Cleveland Business “Forty Under 40.” He is a graduate of The Cleveland Leadership Center’s “Bridge Builders” class of 2016.
