We are glad to introduce you an event organized by NCCBA as we welcome Tony Yao, the real estate star broker at CHK Realty to share his personal experience in real estate purchase and investment with young professionals and beginner in real estate investment.
He will shed light on the features of different properties and returns based on his own experience, and he will give some guidelines about how to buy your 1st house in terms of the location, affordability and pre-qualification. He will also discuss the Triangle real estate market and touch the points of how to invest in real estate in general.

About Tony Yao
Tony Yao graduated from Nanjing University in China. He came to North Carolina State University in 1988. He was an environmental scientist in the Triangle area prior to his current profession. He has been a real estate broker for 10 years. Tony has been ranking the top 5 residential real estate broker every year since 2007. Tony's expertise is in both residential (primary residence and investment properties) and commercial (retail, office, land, hotel) real estate brokerage.
