NCCBA is Celebrating 10 Years Anniversary with Its Mission for Bridging NC-China

The North Carolina Chinese Business Association (NCCBA) is excited to invite you to attend 10th anniversary celebration dinner. We would like to thank all current/past members and sponsors for their support for NCCBA. We look forward to welcoming new members and forming new partnerships!

Grace Ueng, advisor to the board of NCCBA and CEO of Savvy Marketing Group, will host this special celebration.

Our featured speakers of the night include:

Gina Qiao, Senior Vice President of Lenovo

Jean Davis, President and CEO of MCNC, former COO and Executive Director of Business, Industry and Trade of the North Carolina Department of Commerce.

Tony Copeland, Partner from Williams Mullen, and former Assistant Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Commerce.

Dr. Frank Wang, NCCBA Co-Founder and Chairman, will highlight NCCBA key moments, member successes, and recognize outstanding contributors.

Dim Sum House will serve anniversary dinner and North Carolina Chinese Music Ensemble will perform live Chinese music classics. NCCBA members, North Carolina state government officials, and corporate sponsors will join to celebrate together.

China is the 2nd largest economy in the world. In 2013, NC exported over $2.8 billion in goods to China. NC ranks 5th among U.S. states receiving Chinese business investments, including the recent $2.3 billion deal between Lenovo and IBM as well as the sale of Smithfield Foods to China’s Shuanghui International Holdings Ltd. More and more companies in North Carolina are doing business with China. NCCBA members have been playing significant roles for many China-NC business development and deals. There will be more opportunities coming in the future.
